Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12 PM AEST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm on Saturday will be sent out on the following Monday. If there are delays due to high order volume or supplier issues, customers will be notified via email.

Floofs & Fluffs ships domestically within Australia and internationally to select countries.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all Australian states and territories, including regional and rural areas.
International orders are available to select countries (New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, and the United States). Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable in their destination country.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions where carrier delivery is unavailable or local regulations prohibit the product type. Orders containing large-volume items or hazardous materials (where applicable) may be subject to delivery restrictions.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After your order dispatches, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package does not arrive within 10 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at info@floofsandfluffs.com.au.
For claims involving lost or damaged items, please include your order number and photos (if applicable). We will liaise with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

For overseas orders, delivery times vary by region (typically 7–21 business days). Customs clearance delays are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any import duties or VAT charged by their country.
